Great little coffee shop in a strip mall in Santa Fe - what a nice surprise! It was bright and colorful and comfortable. The coffee was great and the banana nut muffin was warm. Would definitely go again when in Santa Fe.

Lovely pastries and coffee. A sweet barista/counter clerk and lots of pretty things to look at... I could've done without the homeless guy begging for change at the door, but... It is what it is and I bought him breakfast from the day old basket. I didn't have an exceptional experience, but I had a good one... and I will be back to try it again, undoubtedly.

We stopped into this little coffee shop during a leg of our road trip to grab a light snack, drink, and catch up emails. They have free WIFI which was very helpful. This place is super cute with vivid walls and large scale tempting treat art on the walls to match the cheerfulness of the place. It is a very clean and energizing space. They make all their yummy treats in house. The chocolate cake was supposed to be award winning, per the gentleman behind the counter, so we got a slice to go. I wanted something lighter so I opted to eat the lemon meringue tart with the iced hibiscus and rose tea while I typed away. The tart was delectable! It reminded me of my grandmother's pie she used to make, except the meringue was softer and had a creamy consistency. My partner opted for the lemon ginger scone and said it was really good with chunks of citrus in it. The little one got the chocolate cupcake and it was gone in the blink of an eye. "Did you enjoy that?" I asked. The reply was a wide eyed exaggerated shaking yes of the head. They did have quiche which looked really good as well, if you want something more savory. After getting down the road a bit we tried the cake. OH my my - this dark rich slice was straight out of diet hell. It did take us 3 days to eat one slice as it was very dense and rich. I loved the slight bitterness of the frosting and its texture was remarkable. I see why it got voted the best! Really glad we stopped in here. It was a perfect break on our long road trip!

We stopped in here for a cup of Joe while in town on vacation after reading the great Yelp reviews and while it was good coffee, nothing about it really stood out to me. The service was great and quick so I definitely recommend.

A treat! A must-visit...super delicious you-named-it-goodies, especially the eclair and the quiche (very large portion). Warmth and comfy...fast great service...reasonable price. Could go on and on but you could tell how much I love this place. Rarely go on here, but this is well-deserved.

This is a busy little place that the locals love. The lattes are delicious and the quiche was devine. The free Wi-Fi was fast even on a busy morning. My only complaint is that they are a bit pricey but I'm on vacation so I don't mind. If I lived here I'd try to find a little more reasonable joint.

I can't back here to check out the two things Yelpers seemed to love the best: the red velvet cupcake and the quiche. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed. Although I didn't mind that the cake of the cupcake wasn't sweet, since this was balanced by the sweetness of the cream cheese frosting, the cake was bland, though extremely moist with good texture. The quiche was good (though I've had better, which might not be a fair comparison since I've lived in France), especially the caramelized onions, but it was too salty. I also tried the hot chocolate that a friend ordered and it was a little bit watery.

Coconut cupcake is full flavored and delicious. The coffee is very good. The crimson pie was just a little too sweet for me but maybe that is how most people like it. It is so nice that Santa Fe has a great bakery.

Clean and fresh looking. Extensive deserts. Unfortunately, the drinks are sub par. There were six of us and the bulk of us commented how weak the drinks were. Mocha, iced Chai and even an Earl Grey all barely had flavor.! Needs to be better for the price.

Great cafe! Amazing pastries! Good hang out, inside and out. Good people, working there...consistent. Definitely recommend it!

CUPCAKES. Oh my gosh, cupcakes. Coconut is my #1, and Red Velvet is a close #2. Each one is baked and frosted to perfection - moist, perfect serving size, and not too sweet. Can't get any better than that.

Might be my favorite espresso in town. I always get an americano (hot or iced) with half and half. Their quiche is also fantastic. I often sit here and do homework while they stay packed with a line of people waiting to get coffee and treats. Very impressive considering that the location isn't very Santa-Fe-posh.

I came here because I needed to use wifi. Upon entering, the all male staff wasn't that welcoming but it was 7:30am so I'll cut them some slack. The overall vibe of the place is not very comfortable, kind of sterile and boring. I prefer a much more cozy and welcoming coffee house. But all the pastries and bakery items looked delicious!

Dulce is the best in Santa Fe! Bread pudding is amazing! Cupcakes are moist and delicious! Banana creme tarts out of this world! If you want something sweet go to Dulce! Yum! Yum! Yum!

This place gets the stars based on the great latte I had and the visuals I had while I waited for my coffee. Everything looked spectacular as far as baked goods and I have to return on my next visit to Santa Fe. The cashier was quirky in that Santa Fe way and I wouldn't have expected anything else. Our interaction was sufficiently weird enough that I wasn't sure if she was bothered by my presence or if we just weren't speaking the same language, but I get a kick out of such things, so it was cool. And again, a fine latte they gave me. The price was on par with Starbucks, which is to say probably a bit high, but anytime I'm spending my money on coffee and it's not Starbucks the world is a better place. I shouldn't have said that. Starbucks isn't that bad. But this place is way better.

Caramel Vanilla latte is DELICIOUS! But not for the bitter and black of heart! So much sugary goodness!

The exterior wasn't very inviting. The sign was boring and faded. Parking was plentiful, but narrow. While I did like the arches, it didn't go well with the stucco. It just didn't give a bakery vibe. The interior was bright, colourful, lively, and energetic. The pastries were nicely displayed. On to the best part....the pastries! The carrot cupcakes were moist, attractive, yummy, and a good price. The red velvet cupcakes were perfectly moist and dense, attractive with heart shaped sprinkles for Valentine's Day, however they were a bit too sweet. The cinnamon rolls were huge and amazingly delicious! I definitely recommend Dulce.

Best baked goodies in town, hands down! The birdie(espresso with homemade caramel) was fantastic ...The staff were very friendly and professional. Hard traits to find in food nowadays. After I finally found their location half way through my visit to Santa Fe, I came back everyday! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Most delicious pastries! The first time I stopped here, I was hungry so I ordered some bread pudding, not expecting anything particularly wonderful. Astonishing! I didn't know bread pudding could be so yummy! Coffee was good. It could be cozier but I expect as time goes by it will get better.

We just heard about this place and tried their baked goods. Wow. I have to say that their cinnamon rolls are the best I've had. The roll tasted like a cinnamon flavored cake donut with layers! The icing is not sticky at all and melted in the roll. It was so big that I thought there would be no way to finish it, but it was surprisingly easy to finish off! The store may not be as cozy as the cafe across the street, SF baking co, and they don't have salty breakfast (e.g., breakfast burritos). However, their baked sweets are so amazing that it's definitely worth setting aside special trips for this place! Highly recommended!

Great place! Attractive space (comfy chairs, beautiful large oil paintings of cakes and pastries!). Delicious coffee drinks and a good assortment of teas. And delicious pastries. So far I've had a chocolate cupcake, carrot cupcake, and most of the cookies (oatmeal, choc-chip, espresso chip), and a couple varieties of quiche, and a blueberry scone - all very good to excellent. I wish they sold more savory things - soups, sandwiches - then they'll be a 5-star place. But I know they've got their hands full just keeping up with a wide variety of baked goods and coffees. Locally owned, mostly organic, and friendly....... support this place! Oh, and free wifi.

I love this place! Great coffee, fresh yummy pastries and excellent quiches. I usually get the half priced baked goods in the PM :) and they taste as fresh as it gets.

Coffee. It's an essential component to our lives and existence in our culture. Where do you get it? You can get it anywhere and everywhere, but is it good enough? Let me list the reasons why you should be drinking coffee here. First of all they have great espresso coffee drinks. Latte, Cappuccino, Yadda, Yadda, and their brewed coffee is quite quaffable. Next they have a variety of foods that go great with coffee. The scones and blueberry muffins are rather Betty Crocker-esque but they killed it with the cardamon coffee cake, banana nut muffin and almond croissant. Oh man, that almond croissant is the bomb. Finally the space is vast and well lit with quality background tunes and lots of tables and chairs for lounging, working, and writing yelp reviews via the husky wifi they provide without stupid logins and passwords that are always kicking you off. I know five is a generous rating but when you find everything you want and need in a coffee house then it's five. Cheers!

Red velvet cupcake was very small and flavorless. Cheesecake was decent. Not recommended.

I actually found this place after moving to Santa Fe, about a month ago. I purposely avoid coming here because everything is so absolutely delicious! My husband and I can't get enough of the lemon bars. I have tried other desserts and found I can't stop eating dessert from here. The small, individual cheesecakes are amazing as well. I am a latte drinker and fell in love with their vanilla latte as well. The staff is always friendly (which I found is not so common in Santa Fe) and the atmosphere is bright and cheery.

Amazing coffee, pastries and cakes. They make better lattes than Starbucks ! Sorry Starbucks ;-)

I don't know the name of the fellow who made it, but on November 29th, 2013, I had the best white chocolate mocha in my life here. Perfect in every way. The pastries are also extremely good - every one of them. Wifi, too, so you can hang out awhile if you so desire, but I always take something to go. Next time I have a dinner party I want to order their Red Velvet cake, which is the best in town.

Dulce is a great place for coffee, pastries and free Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly their shot-in-the-dark is the best in town. Now, the pastries? Besides providing the best cupcakes in town, the bread pudding is simply divine; straight out of a Southern kitchen. Then to top it all off, their quiche is surprisingly great. The atmosphere is nice, with bright paintings that compliment the bright chairs. My only complaint is that if you're there when its crowded it can be difficult to find a seat.

This was the third recommended bakery I had gone to for cupcakes in SF and these were PERFECT. Great ingredients, simple but elegant decoration and not overloaded with fluff and bits- this will be the only place I bother with for cupcakes from now on. *Happy Dance*

I have a major sweet tooth, so this place is heaven. I have to force myself to continue driving when passing by or else I get in there and overdo it...and that's not healthy. Cupcakes! Cookies! Even a bit of real food for when you don't just need dessert (just quiche, but it's damn good). I'm not a big coffee drinker so I get chai here usually. Anyway I think this place is the bomb.

Worst place ever. Not efficient at all. If you have a week to spare, go check it out for yourself, but trust me. They are serving everything with a large side of pain in the ass.

My favorite red velvet cupcakes in town! Not too sweet, not too dense and the cream cheese frosting tastes like real cream cheese with just the right amount of light sweetness.
